The website is operated by Jindal Prop Mart, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. 02Our services

Jindal Prop Mart helps clients find, evaluate, buy, sell and rent residential, commercial and agricultural property in Vrindavan, Mathura, Govardhan, Barsana, Nandgaon and nearby areas. We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we are not the owner or developer of the properties we show.

04Your responsibilities as a buyer

We check documents carefully before we recommend a property, but the final decision is yours. Before you pay any token, advance or sale price, we strongly recommend that you:

• Have the title, approvals and documents reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
• Verify RERA registration of projects on the UP RERA website, and development authority approvals where applicable.
• Visit and inspect the property in person.
• Make payments only to the property owner or developer through traceable banking channels, against proper receipts.

05Brokerage and fees

Our brokerage or service fee, and who pays it, will be agreed with you before or at the time of the transaction. Fees become payable as agreed, usually when the sale agreement or sale deed is executed. Taxes such as GST apply where applicable. If a buyer or seller introduced by us completes a transaction directly with the other party, our agreed fee remains payable.

06Payments

We never ask you to pay the price of a property into a personal account. Any token or sale amount should be paid only to the owner or developer, as recorded in the agreement. If anyone claiming to represent Jindal Prop Mart asks you to pay otherwise, please contact us on +91 99119 99805 before making any payment.

07Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, copying content in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to the website at any time for maintenance or security.

08Intellectual property

The design, text, logo and original content on this website belong to Jindal Prop Mart or are used with permission.
